These Terms apply to Readitfor.me Texas LLC and all of its brands, products, platforms, and subsidiary products, including but not limited to Readitfor.me, Growitfor.me, Simple Academy, Simple Experts, Simple Consultants, and the AI Career Institute.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Readitfor.me Texas LLC platform, product, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you access a platform via an employer, school, or other organization (an “Organization Subscriber”), these Terms apply to your use, and your organization may manage or revoke your seat.
2. Definitions
“Services” means access to platforms, training materials, courses, exercises, assessments, certifications, tools, and related features. “Certification Program” means our internal skills certification aligned to O*NET-SOC roles. “User Content” means content you upload or submit (assignments, project files, profile information, etc.).
3. Accounts & Access
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@humansplusagents.ai.
- Access is provided upon purchase or via an Organization Subscriber’s seat assignment.
4. License & Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal or professional development (or, if assigned by an Organization Subscriber, for internal business use) during your active plan term. Except as expressly permitted, you may not share, sublicense, resell, or make the Services available to third parties.
5. Fees & Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented at purchase. Payments are processed through QuickBooks Online and PayPal, subject to their terms and privacy policies; we are the merchant of record. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. Included technical support covers platform functionality only; we do not provide support for custom coding or third-party integrations. We are not responsible for foreign exchange fees or currency-conversion differences charged by your provider.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Monthly billing cycles are on an annual term unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is charged at purchase and at the start of each renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least one business day before the end of the term via your account or by contacting support@humansplusagents.ai. Free or discounted trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Price changes apply at the next renewal, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Lifetime Memberships
“Lifetime” means for the commercially available life of the product. Refunds are available only within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase; after that, they are non-refundable. For multi-payment lifetime plans, cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the first payment qualifies for a refund; otherwise, all remaining installments remain due. Lifetime Consultant memberships provide continued access to the Simple Consultant program and all future Readitfor.me and Simple brand programs.
8. Taxes
Prices listed exclude applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding). You are responsible for all such taxes. Where legally required, we will calculate and collect U.S. sales tax based on your billing information unless you provide valid, current exemption documentation. International taxes may be collected unless valid exemption documentation is provided.
9. Refund Policy
A full, no-questions-asked refund is available within seventy-two (72) hours of your first subscription payment by emailing support@humansplusagents.ai. After seventy-two (72) hours, payments are non-refundable and no credits are issued for unused time. Following cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to anyone who abuses this policy.
10. Authorized Payment Method & Delinquency
You must keep a valid payment method on file. We may obtain or receive updated payment details from your provider to prevent service interruption, and you authorize us to continue charging the updated method. Accounts more than fifty (50) days past due may be suspended unless prior arrangements are made.
11. Promotional & Lifetime Offers
Promotional offers continue for the stated promotional period. Unless you cancel before the end of that period, your subscription automatically renews at the standard rate. Canceling a lifetime offer within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase revokes access to the service.
12. License & Usage Rights
12.1 Course Materials. Materials provided are for educational use only. Any copying, repurposing, reselling, or distribution requires our written consent, which may be granted through a reseller license under the Simple Consultant program.
12.2 Platform Content Distribution. You may distribute only content you have produced or for which you have obtained explicit distribution rights. Unauthorized resale or repurposing is prohibited, and you may not build or operate a competing AI platform, certification program, or consultancy.
12.3 AI Protocols & Tools. Our AI protocols and tools (including Readitfor.me and Simple protocols) are licensed for individual organizational use only. Hosting, reselling, reverse engineering, repurposing, or client-facing use is prohibited.
12.4 Certifications. Certificates, designations, or credentials may be tied to membership level and may require ongoing compliance or continuing education.
13. Recording & Distribution
Simple-licensed content may be delivered live or via video conference. If recorded, such content must be hosted as protected content and shared only through approved Simple platforms; direct link sharing is prohibited. Access to recorded Simple-licensed content requires at least one active paid seat on Simple Academy.
14. Certification Program
We provide training aligned to U.S. O*NET-SOC roles and offer internal skills certifications indicating that, in our judgment, you have demonstrated competency against specific criteria. Assessments may include exams, projects, or practical demonstrations. We may grant digital badges or certificates, which you may display while your certification is valid and in good standing; we may revoke or require re-assessment for misconduct, misrepresentation, or policy changes. Certifications are educational credentials, are not government licenses, and do not guarantee employment. O*NET is a program of the U.S. Department of Labor; the AI Career Institute is not affiliated with or endorsed by the DOL, ETA, or O*NET.
15. Consultant & Platform Relationship
For platforms accessed through a consultant (e.g., Simple Academy, Simple Experts, Simple Consultants): the platform governs your use but does not interfere with or control your separate agreement with your consultant. We do not manage, process, or mediate payments between you and your consultant; any payment disputes are governed by your separate consultant agreement. If your consultant cancels their subscription, you may continue access by reassignment to another consultant (you may accept the reassignment, request a specific consultant, or decline; if you decline, access ends at the close of your current term). Only approved contractors may sell subscriptions under the commission structure then in effect, which we may modify unless otherwise contractually agreed. Consultants and affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents. Affiliate dashboards may be shown for demonstration; only active, paid consultants and approved resellers are eligible for commissions. Where a separate consultant agreement conflicts with these Terms as to compensation, the consultant agreement governs.
16. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Access or use the Services beyond your plan scope or after your term ends;
- Copy, download in bulk, scrape, harvest, or create datasets from the content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security or access controls;
- Share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials, assessments, or certification criteria without written permission;
- Use materials to train external AI/ML models or to build competing services, platforms, or courses; or
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and may trigger legal remedies.
17. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all curricula, content, materials, protocols, tools, and branding, are owned by Readitfor.me Texas LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are granted. Certification badges and marks remain our property; you are licensed to display them only while valid.
18. AI & Educational Content Disclaimer
The Services may incorporate AI-generated content, which can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results and for your use of any outputs. The Services are educational and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
19. Third-Party Services & Integrations
We may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, single sign-on, productivity tools). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for those services.
20. Termination, Suspension & Sponsorship Changes
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, nonpayment, or risk to the platform. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your then-current term. If your Organization Subscriber cancels or reassigns your seat, access may end at the close of the paid term unless you purchase a plan directly. Upon termination, your license ends and access to content may cease.
21. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services (including features or availability) or these Terms. Material changes will be posted to the platform or communicated via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
22. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
23. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas. Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Disputes eligible for small-claims court may proceed there. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
25. Privacy & Data Usage
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. We may use de-identified and aggregated data (including assessment performance and usage analytics) to improve the Services. Privacy Policy
26. User Content & Feedback
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate the Services, and a perpetual license to use any feedback you provide without obligation to you.
27. Confidentiality (NDA)
You may gain access to confidential and proprietary information (e.g., strategies, product details, customer data). You agree to keep this information confidential and to disclose it only to employees or contractors who require access and are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. These obligations survive termination of this Agreement.
28. Miscellaneous
Severability; no waiver by delay; no assignment by you without our consent; force majeure; export compliance; and consent to electronic communications each apply. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services.
